Why Terracez Was Founded
Terracez was founded in Dubai in 2021 as enterprise technology adoption accelerated across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, creating new opportunities to modernise finance, operations, supply chains and decision-making.
But technology was only part of the challenge. Programmes could reach Go-Live while ownership remained unclear, processes stayed fragmented and leadership teams lacked a shared definition of success beyond implementation.
The Observation Behind Terracez
Dharmendra Panwar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Terracez, brought extensive enterprise-transformation experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India, including work across construction, manufacturing, supply chain, retail and professional services.
That experience shaped a central observation:
